An African bakery was considering building a greenfield bakery facility. After contacting Baron Foodtech and some negotiation, a clear way to proceed with project was agreed upon. The Baron Foodtech standard concept package to start Greenfield bakery fit very well to customers needs.

The African bakery market is one of the fastest growing in the world. Market is characterized by a limited supply of products and state-regulated prices. Also, availability of raw materials and energy is bringing challenges to the planning process. 

At Baron Foodtech our main goal is not to start the project at any cost but help customer to make it financially feasible. Simulation of the investment technically and financially are key points when considering to build a new bakery. It’s possible to make it look better than it is, but at Baron Foodtech all information is based on facts.
